All registration fees will go directly towards covering essential event costs, including venue rental, catering during event days, interpretation, the event app, and all the other event costs. All donations will directly support the travel of participants from marginalised and underrepresented communities, including grassroots organisations from the Global South – enabling their participation through our collective solidarity and shared commitment.
